A.D.A.  Annual General Meeting 2014

As you will know from the Winter NewsSheet, the Committee has decided, having
received no offers of help from any members, that certain benefits of membership
will have to be curtailed.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to put on a Reunion Lunch this year.    It has been
decided to hold the Annual General Meeting

on the morning of Saturday 27 September 2014

(as already published in the Winter NewsSheet) and it will be held at the School by

kind permission of  David Blow, Headteacher.   He has also very kindly agreed to
put on a tour of the school at the end of the AGM.   It will be necessary to have an

idea of numbers for this, and for the purposes of providing Coffee/Tea on arrival.

Nothing can be set in stone until we have an idea of the numbers who will attend,
but I foresee the following timetable:

10.15 am

10.45  am

11.30  am approx

Tour of School

Will you please let me know if you intend to come to the AGM (this will be a most
important occasion), and if you would like to participate in a tour of the school after

the meeting.   You may also wish to indicate if you would like a list of possible
places to have lunch with your friends in the Dorking area afterwards (as previously
suggested in the Winter NewsSheet)and then, nearer the time, I will confirm the timetable for the morning.   You can contact me as follows:

I look forward to hearing from you and I hope, for the sake of the few
stalwarts who are trying to keep the ADA flag flying, that you will make

the effort to attend the Annual General Meeting.
